Leo G. Reese, 74, of Ogdensburg
Apr 27, 2018Reese, 74, of Ogdensburg will be held at a later date and place to be announced.Mr. Reese died on April 24, 2018, at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse as a result of injuries sustained in a tragic house fire. Arrangements are under the direction of LaRue & Pitcher Funeral Home, Ogdensburg.Leo G. Reese was born on June 26, 1943, in Ogdensburg. He was the son of the late Elmer and Helen (Cody) Reese. He attended local schools. On February 2, 1980, he married Donna Rhodes. Mr. Reese in the past was employed by St. Joseph’s Nursing Home, Notre Dame Cemetery and Standard Shade Roller. He enjoyed bowling, playing darts, horseshoes and cards. He was a lifelong fan of Yankees baseball.He is survived by his wife Donna Reese, his children; Dwayne Gemmill, Bobby Gemmill, and Dawn George. He is survived by his stepchildren; Mark Robertson and Angelo Hutchinson and her husband Charles. He is survived by his siblings; Paul, David, Nancy, Doug and Tim Reese and Linn, Danny, Theresa and Bobby Ladouceur along with six grandsons and five granddaughters. He was predeceased by his stepson; Alonzo Robertson.
